Our bags are shipped directly from our workshop in Chicago and delivered by USPS, UPS or Fedex.

Our courier sends tracking information by email or text message as soon as your order is shipped, so that you can track your delivery.

Once your parcel has been sent, you can manage its delivery thanks to our courier’s On Demand Delivery service. You will be able to choose from the available delivery options via the link sent to you by our courier.

  • Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship regardless of the selected shipping speed during peak shipping times.
  • Same day shipping cut off is 10:00AM ET (please expect delays during peak seasons)
  • Orders with engraving or monogramming may take 2-5 additional business days to ship.

To check the status of your order, go to your order history and click on ‘VIEW ORDER’. Here you will find your tracking information, as well as a summary of your order.

We’ll also send you an email that includes your tracking information once your order ships.

If you do not yet have an account on Renacer-as.com you will first be prompted to create one and then login before being able to see your order history and shipping status/information.

If your order has an international destination, it may be subject to import taxes or duties. In addition to the international shipping charges, any applicable importation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at checkout. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.

-Do engraved items take longer to ship?
Yes. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days processing time for orders containing engraved items.

Once your order has been engraved, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.

If your order has been placed within the hour, you can send an email to contact@renacer-as.com. 

We will make sure that your delivery address is modified.
If your order was placed more than one hour ago (except for models in pre-order), unfortunately we cannot guarantee the possibility of changing your shipping address. It is very likely that your order is already being prepared for shipment.


However, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@renacer-as.com so that we can confirm whether a change of address is possible.
