We offer free returns for any purchase made with home delivery in USA. To receive your pre-paid return label, simply submit your return request here: Returns Center.
For returns outside the United State , shipping fees are at your expense. However, we do offer return labels at a preferential rate (the same cost as the initial shipping fees). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
 
We do not offer free returns for orders placed on our website with the “pick-up in store” option.
Your return request may be refused for two reasons: if the return policy time frame is exceeded, or if your bag shows signs of wear.
For your return to be accepted, your bag must be in unworn condition. Each bag is examined upon reception, and your request may be refused if it shows signs of use.
 
We will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your return package to confirm your refund.
As long as we have not received it, your return package is your responsibility. Therefore, if your package becomes lost or you encounter any delivery problems, we ask that you contact the carrier directly.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot process your refund until we receive your return.

If you believe that your bag has a defect upon receipt, do not hesitate to contact us directly at: hi@renacer-as.com, including photos of the problem encountered, so that we can offer you the most suitable solution.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our website, only returns. You will therefore need to return your order (to do so, click Make a return).
Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.
If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order.
However, it is possible to exchange a color or model in stores or markets. You will then be able to choose and purchase the bag of your choice.
You can return your bag to us for a refund within 15 days after receiving your order or the date of purchase in store.
Please note that the bag must not have been worn; and a refund may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.
We do our best to process your refund as soon as possible upon receipt of your returned bag. We promise to refund you within 15 days upon receipt of the returned package.

 

Your refund will always be confirmed by email. It is possible that the refund appears in your bank account within a few days following this confirmation.
