Smith's Leather Balm is designed to restore and protect vegetable tanned leather such as our Classic Leather items.
Made by hand in Maine by a small family-run business. Safe to apply by hand as it contains only three all-natural ingredients: organic cocoa butter, organic beeswax, and pure sweet almond oil.
Increases supple hand and adds water resistance.

Ingredients: organic cocoa butter, organic beeswax, pure sweet almond oil.
-Application:
1. Ensure that leather goods are clean and dry.
2. Test small amounts to preview results.
3. Start with a very small amount. A little goes a long way.
4. You can apply by hand and massaged into leather, but a clean rag works also.
5. The leather will absorb the balm immediately. Some leathers may darken slightly. Limit darkening by not overapplying.
6. While most of the balm will be absorbed into the surface of the leather, the beeswax will not penetrate the surface of the leather and will need to be buffed with a horse hair brush or lint-free rag.
7.Use the horse hair brush to allow the balm to penetrate well into the leather, making delicate circular movements.
8. Repeat as necessary to protect, restore, and extend life of leather goods.
