We offer free returns if our piece has any manufacturing defects.
Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a high-quality, natural leather product. These may contain scratches, scars, or color variations. These are not defects, but rather characteristics of genuine leather products.

Please explain the reason for the return. If you’d like to attach photos, it’s possible.
We’ll then send this to you in the return labels.
In case it does not correspond to the free return option, we do offer return labels at a preferential rate (the same cost as the initial shipping fees). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
For returns outside the United State , shipping fees are at your expense. However, we do offer return labels at a preferential rate (the same cost as the initial shipping fees). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Your return request may be refused for two reasons: if the return policy time frame is exceeded, or if your bag shows signs of wear.
For your return to be accepted, your bag must be in unworn condition. Each bag is examined upon reception, and your request may be refused if it shows signs of use.
We will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your return package to confirm your refund.
As long as we have not received it, your return package is your responsibility. Therefore, if your package becomes lost or you encounter any delivery problems, we ask that you contact the carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot process your refund until we receive your return.
